Zeman Homes, Inc. Adds Presence in Michigan with Acquisition of 4 Properties
CHICAGO, IL, January 15, 2016
Zeman Homes has acquired four manufactured home communities, Wagon Wheel, Wagon Wheel South, Carleton and Oak Haven located in the greater Detroit metro market. The 3 star institutional all age communities are comprised of a combined 749 home sites.
The opportunistic acquisition expands Zeman Homes presence to 1,400 sites located in Michigan, including its new age qualified development in Rockford, Michigan. Partnering on the deal was Brian Fannon of Strategic Operating Solutions. Jeff Fannon, CEO of Zeman Homes, stated “these are a great fit to add to our core portfolio. While we have started to shift our long term growth strategy to Sun Belt states outside of the Midwest, our terrific in place team continues to allow us to be opportunistic buyers in the Midwest.”
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
