Zeman Homes, Inc. Expands Footprint with New Acquisition in Phoenix, AZ
CHICAGO, IL, November 2, 2015
Zeman Homes has acquired two communities, Buffalo Ridge MHC and Melody Ridge MHC located in North Phoenix, Arizona. The 4 star institutional all age communities are comprised of a combined 189 home sites. The 21.5 acre adjacent properties are well amenitized with a state of the art clubhouse, pool, basketball court, playground and a dog park.
The acquisition is part of the Zeman’s long term expansion strategy into other states outside of the Midwest. Jeff Fannon, COO of Zeman Homes, stated “these are very high quality properties in a great part of Phoenix. Although they are family communities, they look and feel like senior properties. We are excited to expand into this market and look forward to future acquisitions in the Phoenix area and other sun belt states.”
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
